No, in my country there are traffic lights on almost every bigger crossing and thanks to this there is much less accidents. Those people on the film behave as if they didn’t care about others people’s lives

8 to 10 lanes of traffic is good idea for a limited access motorway,not a good idea for city streets.
This is why all these accidents happened – 10-20$ fines (the latter is for red light violation) are clearly not enough to enforce the rules.
